The family reported that the heinous acts occurred over a three-week period, with the minor girl being subjected to sexual assault on at least three occasions. The accused is set to face charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (Pocso) and 376 AB (rape of a minor under twelve years of age). The girl’s father recounted that the perpetrator initially lured the child to his house on November 8, committing the first act of rape.
