A Frenzied Week for IPOs on Dalal Street: 11 New Offerings and 14 Listings Scheduled

Starting September 23, the primary market is set for a whirlwind week with 11 initial public offerings (IPOs) launching and 14 companies making their trading debut on the stock exchanges. Together, these 11 IPOs are expected to raise around ₹900 crore.

Key IPOs to Watch:

  1. Manba Finance IPO: This non-banking finance company is launching its ₹151-crore IPO on September 23, with a price range of ₹114-120 per share. The issue closes on September 25. The company has already raised ₹45.25 crore from anchor investors on September 20.
  2. KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration IPO: The mainboard offering aims to raise ₹342 crore, with a price band of ₹209-220 per share. The IPO opens on September 25 and ends on September 27.
  3. WOL 3D India IPO: The 3D printing solutions provider will launch its ₹25.6-crore IPO on September 23. The price band is set at ₹142-150 per share, with the issue closing on September 25.
  4. Rappid Valves (India) IPO: This valve solutions company will launch its ₹30.41-crore IPO on September 23, with a price band of ₹210-222 per share. The IPO will close on September 25.
  5. TechEra Engineering IPO: Specializing in tooling and components for aerospace and defense, TechEra Engineering will raise ₹36 crore at a price range of ₹75-82 per share. The IPO will be open from September 25-27.
  6. Unilex Colours and Chemicals IPO: The pigments solutions provider is launching a ₹31-crore IPO on September 25, with a price band of ₹82-87 per share.
  7. Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions IPO: This OTT content provider will raise ₹15.09 crore, with its IPO scheduled from September 25-27 at a price range of ₹42-44 per share.
  8. Divyadhan Recycling Industries IPO: The recycled polyester fiber and pellets maker will raise ₹24.2 crore through its IPO from September 26-30, with a price band of ₹60-64 per share.
  9. Sahasra Electronics Solutions IPO: The largest IPO next week, aiming to raise ₹186 crore with a price band of ₹269-283 per share. The issue opens on September 26 and closes on September 30.
  10. Forge Auto International IPO: The engineering firm is launching a ₹31-crore IPO on September 26, with a price range of ₹102-108 per share.
  11. Saj Hotels IPO: The last IPO in the SME segment will open on September 27, aiming to raise ₹27.63 crore at ₹65 per share.

Upcoming Listings:

Several companies will make their stock market debut next week. Western Carriers India, Arkade Developers, and Northern Arc Capital will list on September 24, while Paramount Speciality Forgings will debut on September 25. Kalana Ispat shares will start trading on September 26, and Avi Ansh Textile, Phoenix Overseas, SD Retail, and BikeWo GreenTech will join the bourses on September 27.
