Mukesh Ambani has transformed India’s telecom landscape through his Reliance Jio venture. As the wealthiest individual in India, he disrupted the industry by introducing affordable devices and data plans. Periodically, Ambani unveiled new plans tailored to specific user needs. Many Reliance Jio plans include bundled services and subscriptions to OTT platforms like JioCinema and Sony LIV. Following this trajectory, Reliance Jio quietly introduced a new prepaid plan for users, priced at Rs.909. The plan encompasses unlimited calls, 5G data, and subscriptions to various OTT platforms such as Sony LIV and Zee5.
The recently launched Reliance Jio prepaid plan priced at Rs.909 boasts an extended validity of 84 days, offering users a daily allocation of 2GB of 5G data, unlimited voice calls, and 100 SMS per day. Notably, subscribers to this plan also gain access to JioCinema, JioCloud, Sony LIV, and Zee5 through the JioTV application.
In addition to this, Reliance Jio has introduced a new booster plan for Jio AirFiber, available at Rs.401. Designed as a data booster plan, it provides users with a substantial 1000GB data allocation, valid for a single billing cycle. It’s important to note that any unused data from this booster plan does not carry over to subsequent cycles. This booster plan is specifically crafted for users who require extra data for a limited duration and is accessible to those with an existing regular Jio AirFiber or Jio AirFiber Max plan.
