The government has announced that 2,100 tribal students will receive training in chip technology at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, in partnership with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru, is set to train 2,100 tribal students in semiconductor technology over the next three years.
