Updates on Israel’s war on Gaza: 2,000 bodies reportedly taken from Gaza’s graves.

Gaza’s Civil Defence agency reports receiving 80 unidentified Palestinian bodies from Israel, which were buried in a mass grave. The Gaza Health Ministry states that the Israeli military has killed at least 40 people and injured 71 others in the past 24 hours.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani said Tehran does not seek to escalate regional tensions but insists that “punishing Israel is necessary” to prevent further instability.

In Israel’s war on Gaza, at least 39,623 people have been killed and 91,469 injured. Additionally, during the Hamas-led attacks on October 7, around 1,139 people were killed in Israel and more than 200 were taken captive.
