Heroic Pit Bull Jenny Saves Children from Deadly King Cobra in Jhansi

In Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, a heroic pit bull named Jenny saved several children from a deadly King Cobra. The snake had slithered into the garden of a house in Shiv Ganesh Colony where the children of the domestic help were playing. Upon hearing their cries, Jenny broke free from her leash and launched an attack on the snake, ultimately killing it.

The children’s guardian, Mr. Singh, mentioned that their house is close to fields where snakes are common during the rainy season. When the children saw the black cobra, they screamed in fear. As the snake tried to escape, Jenny spotted it and quickly intervened. In a video of the incident, Jenny is seen gripping the snake tightly in her jaws and shaking her head fiercely until the cobra succumbed to its injuries after a five-minute struggle.

Mr. Singh expressed deep gratitude towards Jenny, highlighting the bond between humans and animals. He emphasized that animals often take on roles that humans should perform and pointed out that despite the negative image surrounding pit bulls, Jenny has always been gentle and has never harmed anyone.
