IndiGo Flight to Hyderabad Diverted Due to Bomb Threat; All Passengers Safe

An IndiGo flight from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, to Hyderabad was diverted to Nagpur on Sunday following a bomb threat, as reported by the airline. Fortunately, all passengers on board are safe, and the situation was handled with the utmost care and efficiency, according to officials.

Upon receiving the bomb threat, the airline immediately took precautionary measures to ensure the safety of everyone on board. The flight, numbered 6E 7308, was directed to land at Nagpur’s airport instead of continuing its journey to Hyderabad. After the aircraft safely landed in Nagpur, all passengers were promptly deplaned, and a thorough search operation was initiated by security personnel to investigate the threat.

IndiGo, in its official statement, confirmed the incident and reassured the public that all necessary security protocols were followed. “Flight 6E 7308 operating from Jabalpur to Hyderabad was diverted to Nagpur due to a bomb threat. Upon landing, all passengers were disembarked, and mandatory security checks were promptly initiated. Passengers were provided with assistance and refreshments,” the statement read.

The airline ensured that the passengers were well taken care of during the delay, offering assistance and refreshments while the security checks were conducted. The authorities are continuing to investigate the source of the bomb threat to ensure the safety and security of future flights.
