Christopher Nolan’s historical action adaptation, The Odyssey, continues to demonstrate exceptional box office stamina, completing its thirty-first day in theatres with strong audience numbers across Indian and international circuits. The big-budget epic generated 1.59 crore net in India on its fifth Sunday, pushing its total domestic net collection to 179.63 crore and taking its overall Indian gross collection to 213.40 crore. Film trade analysts project that the production is on track to finish its Indian theatrical run near the 225 crore mark, solidifying its standing as the director's highest-grossing release in the country.

The film began its theatrical journey with a stellar weekend, generating 17.40 crore on its opening day, followed by 22 crore and 21.90 crore on subsequent days. It wrapped up its first week at 90.30 crore before maintaining consistent holds, collecting 44.95 crore in its second week, 23.50 crore in its third week, and 16.20 crore in its fourth week. Across its fifth weekend, the cinematic feature added 1.26 crore on Friday and 1.83 crore on Saturday, proving that word-of-mouth demand remains robust among Indian moviegoers.

On the global stage, the production has achieved massive commercial success, accumulating over 1.29 billion dollars worldwide. Domestic ticket sales across North American markets account for 504.6 million dollars, while international territories have added 786.2 million dollars to the overall tally. Premium large-format screenings have played a vital role in driving these revenues, with IMAX venues alone generating 289.3 million dollars globally, representing roughly twenty-six percent of the total cumulative gross.

Starring Matt Damon in the lead role alongside Tom Holland, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong'o, and Charlize Theron, the 250 million dollar production adapts Homer's ancient Greek poem into a visual spectacle. Industry experts note that the Director's established brand equity in key foreign markets, paired with recent theatrical rollouts in major Asian territories, continues to ensure long-term earning power for the release.
