The fourth airframe from Sudan- Flight IAF C-130J arrived at Jeddah with 128 Indians under Operation Kaveri and all the Indian citizens were sent to India without any further damages. Almost 1100 Indians were rescued from the African Country till now. V Muraleedharan, Minister of State for External Affairs posted a video in the Twitter in which he was greeting all the citizens who were rescued and de-boarded from the Air Force airframe.
After the conversation of Foreign Minister S Jaishankar with the Saudi Arabian representative, India resumes to vacate all the citizens from the various countries which are being damaged by the war. Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted a prominent meeting to evaluate the security system in Sudan.
A rescue mission called “Operation Kaveri” was launched by the central government to evacuate all the helpless Indian citizens from Sudan where the paramilitary groups and Sudanese Army have been contradicting from the mid of April month.
According to WTO (World Health Organisation), the fight between the RSF paramilitary groups and Sudan army has prompted the demise of 450 people and more than 4000 people were injured in this battle.
As the crisis began, all the countries throughout the world struggled to safeguard their citizens from the various countries which had been damaged badly due to war. A lot of planes and ships were sent to rescue the citizens. It was warned by the United Nations Organisation that the mass emigration of foreigners may lead to a new crisis relating to the refugees.
The Sudanese ambassador spoke to India Abdalla Omer Bashir Elhussain on 26th April about the ongoing crisis and also said that there will not be any negative impact between India and other northeast African countries. The Indian Government was appreciated by the Sudanese army for taking the initiative to evacuate its helpless citizens from the hugely damaged country.
Elhussain said that they are working for almost 24 hours a day and doing a really great job in harmonizing cooperation with various other countries by providing the necessary permissions to aircrafts and ships to fly and land in Sudan which will help them to bring back all the Indian citizens to India.
UN ambassador spoke to Sudan Volker Perthes and said that, there aren’t any gestures about the genuine conversations on putting an end to the conflict for authoritative power from two opposing groups during the ceasefire which is partly holding. The Sudanese envoy said that there is still negligence from the opponent side but the present ceasefire is being maintained in a better way than it was earlier.
