While he warned remaining staff that the breakneck pace of technological evolution means more organizational challenges could arise, he explicitly rolled back the planned expansion of manager oversight responsibilities in direct response to negative internal employee feedback. He also announced plans to boost internal budgets for team offsites and a large scale hackathon scheduled for July to restore fractured company morale.
